Dodge’s logo history has been inconsistent since the brands formation, especially since they started manufacturing autos in 1914. A wide multitude of sources were used while compiling this timeline with most of them conflicting on the when each of the logos appeared. While we’ve tried our best to make this list as complete as possible, we welcome your comments for additions and changes.

The first Dodge logo appeared in 1910 and featured an English fonted "DB" for Dodge Brothers. This logo was used prior to the Dodge's manufacturing automobiles.

The first Dpdge logo tp appear on a Dodge car featured "DB" in the center of two triangles (Greek letter delta), each letter representing each Dodge brother. The logo is over laid over a map of the world.

After Chrysler purchased Dodge in 1928, a new winged logo appeared, which retained some elements of the earlier logo.

In addition to the winged logos, a simple "Dodge" script also appeared in 1928 and continued through 1955.

A new logo appeared for Dodge in 1955 as part of Dodge's "Forward Look."

Dubbed the "Fratzog" by the designer, the logo is based on a split deltoid, which consists of three arrowhead shapes that form a three pointed star.

A revised plain script logo would appear, although the lines would be far softer rounder yet retain and aggressive appearance than the 1928 script.

Dodge's new logo would incorporate the 1964 text script while adding the corporate Pentastar on top. Also new were a red block on the top and lower parts of the logo.

An entire new logo and text appeared for 2009, which featured the RAM logo. Upon the creation of the RAM Truck group, Dodge Passenger cars would cease using this logo.

After the "RAM" logo moved over to the Ram Truck Group, Dodge received another entire new logo with silver text with two red racing stripes signifying Dodge as a performance brand.
